  • Oversee marketing, customer experience, and stakeholder engagement for the Centre
  • Manage budgets, grants, funding applications and financial reporting
  • Contribute to Council’s strategic, annual and business planning for arts and culture

About you - you will bring:

  • A degree qualification in a relevant discipline
  • Significant experience (minimum five years) in arts, cultural development, venue or community program management
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including staff supervision and financial management
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience developing and delivering arts or community cultural programs and events
  • Knowledge of funding and grant programs within the arts and cultural sector
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a liquor licence
